STRENGTH PROGRAM: 24-WEEKS – 3-DAY SPLIT: SQUAT / PUSH / PULL

This is a 24-Week Program (6-months) that works off a 3-Day Split of SQUAT / PUSH / PULL.

This program only requires free weight equipment. However, lifters can choose to add-in resistance machine work after the primary and main assistance lifts.

Although specialist bars, kettlebells and boxes are used for some exercises, most of the program can be completed with just a barbell, weight plates and dumbbells, or even just a barbell and weight plates.

This program was designed after over a decade of running a strength and conditioning gym and working with the general public, the military and athletes at all levels (from novice to world-class). It has been tested on dozens of individuals and the results have been HUGE!

If you want to maximize the development of strength and hypertrophy (muscle building), while mastering free weight training techniques and keeping injuries at bay, this is the program for you.
