Mary thistle has been used for centuries in the various healing arts of the earth as a valuable medicinal plant. It is also known as lady’s thistle or medicinal thistle, or colloquially the “herb for the liver”. As part of the daisy family, milk thistle is an ideal companion from natural healing practices.

Our milk thistle extract, in the form of high-dose milk thistle capsules, is rich in silymarin, which is an antioxidant flavonoid compound. It contains the flavonoids silibinin, isosilibinin, silicristin and silidianin.

In addition, our Milk Thistle Complex contains high-quality and organic artichoke extract. Artichokes contain cynarin, which already has a long tradition in Asian medicine. Cynarin, the biologically active component of the artichoke, is also a powerful antioxidant and has numerous other health-promoting effects.
